How we use your data
We use the data you provide to process and fulfil your order.

When you subscribe to our Newsletter, you give us your approval to use your e-mail address for our advertising purposes until such time as you unsubscribe.

Right to information
All the data which you enter is for internal use only and is not transferred to third parties.

In accordance with German data protection law, you have the right at any time to request information, at no charge, about the data we hold on you, to request a copy of this information, to request that access to this data be refused and to request that this data be deleted.

Contract text
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions of business by e-mail. You can view our general terms and conditions of business here at any time. You can view your past orders in your customer back office.

Withdrawal of consent
You gave your express consent as set out below in the course of the ordering process or under "My Account" - "Subscribe to / Unsubscribe from Newsletter". We wish to point out that you may withdraw your consent at any time and this will be implemented for the future.

"I would like to receive interesting offers regularly by e-mail. My e-mail address will not be disclosed to other organisations. I may withdraw my consent to use my e-mail address for advertising purposes at any time by informal notice, e.g. by e-mail to datenschutz@domain.de, and this will be implemented for the future."

Safeguard SSL connection
Our safety server software will encode all the data that is transmitted with your order such as name, address and your credit card data.

During transmission on the internet, these data are changed into a code. The data can therefore not be read by anyone during transmission. As we dispose of the electronic key, we are able to decode and read the data transmitted. This enables us exclusively to read the data and deal with your order.

You will recognise the safe encoded transmission of your data by the symbol of a little lock appearing in your internet browser in the lower line. (See illustration)

Credit card data will be transmitted to a particularly protected area by means of SaferPay.

By clicking the "order" button, you will automatically be connected with SaferPay through Windows. (See above)

You will settle your account directly with your credit card company. The only information we will get is when the account is settled. We will then deliver immediately. None of your credit card data will be saved on our server.
