Extract from our general terms and conditions:
§ 5 minimum order value, purchase price and transportation costs
Minimum order value:
The minimum order value amounts to ¤ 15.00. Added are the costs of dispatch, delivery and cash on delivery.
Transportation costs:
The purchase price offered is binding and includes sales tax. For consignment of goods within Germany we charge the following for postage and packaging:
Orders up to ¤ 50.00: ¤ 4.50 postage and packaging
Orders as of ¤ 50.00 are ship free
In addition, we charge ¤ 2.75 cash on delivery costs for delivery COD.
No further bank charges arise.
Payment possibilities:
Within Germany, payment can be made on delivery by cash on delivery COD, payment in advance or by credit card (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express)
| Outside Germany - EU area: |
Minimum order value:
The minimum order value amounts to ¤ 30.00 outside Germany plus transportation costs.
Transportation costs:
The purchase price offered is binding and includes sales tax.
For consignment of goods outside of Germany we charge the following for postage and packaging:
Orders up to ¤ 120.00: ¤ 9.00 postage and packaging
Orders as of ¤ 120.00 are ship free
Payment possibilities:
Customers from abroad can pay by credit card (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express).
Payment can also be made in advance (in Euro). Bank charges are at the customers’ expense.
Please inform your bank that we need to receive the full amount stated on the invoice.
| Outside EU area and Switzerland: |
Minimum order value:
The minimum order value amounts to ¤ 30.00 outside Germany plus transportation costs.
Transportation costs:
The purchase price offered is binding and includes sales tax.
For consignment of goods outside of Germany we charge the following for postage and packaging:
¤ 15.00 for postage and packaging
Payment possibilities:
Customers from abroad can pay by credit card (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express).
Payment can also be made in advance (in Euro). Bank charges are at the customers’ expense.
Please inform your bank that we need to receive the full amount stated on the invoice.
Please note that in countries outside of the EU additional costs such as taxes or customs duty may arise on receipt of goods.

We grant a 10% discount for orders as of 200 Euros.
We deliver by German post/DHL.
We will not charge you any extra fees for ordering through the internet.
